Age Limit: Candidates age should be 30 years as on 03-11-2015. Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years for SC/ ST/ PHP/ Ex Servicemen and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Central Govt rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should passed High School or its equivalent & 3 years Diploma in nursing with midwifery course for S.No- 1, High School or its equivalent & Diploma in Pharmacy for S.No- 2, High School or its equivalent & Diploma in Dental Hygienist for S.No- 4 and Junior High School or its equivalent for S.No- 3.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend the interview along with two passport size photographs, bio data, attested copies of relevant certificates and originals on 03-11-2015.
