Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 to 32 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxations are applicable as per ORV act.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed in GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing) from any of the 3 Govt. Nursing Schools of Medical College/ School of Nursing, MCL Talcher/ IGH Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by NIC & registered in the Odisha Nursing Council for Staff Nurse, H.Sc & ANM Course from institutions recognized by Govt. Approved by INC & registered in the Odisha Nursing Council for ANM (NUHM).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit of given career assessment (CBST).
How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of educational qualification certificates & mark sheets, two copies of passport size photographs & relevant certificates, in an envelope should be super-scribed as âApplication for the post of ___ under NHM â" Kalahandiâ by Registered post/ Speed post/ Courier only to Chief District Medical Officer, Kalahandi on or before 11-02-2016 upto 05:00 PM.
