Age Limit: Candidates age should be not more than 35 years for men, 40 years for women as on date of interview. Age relaxation is admissible to SC/ ST and OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Doctoral Degree in Soil Science/ Agriculture Physics for S.No-a, M.Sc. (Agri.) Soil Science/ Agronomy for S.No-b, Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/ Geography/ Geology or Diploma in Agriculture for S.No-c-1, M. Sc (Agri.) Soil Science/ Agronomy or Life sciences with NET Qualification for S.No-a, B. Sc. (Agri.) or graduate degree in any branch of Science or Diploma in Agriculture for S.No-b-2, M. Tech Remote sensing & GIS/ Geo informatics/ Computer Science for S.No-a, M. Tech Remote sensing/GIS or Soil & Water conservation / Geo-informatics/ Computer Science for S.No-b, Master Degree in GIS/ Remote sensing/ Geo-informatics/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications for S.No-c- 3 Posts with adequate experience.
